SCION FR-S
The compact sports car powered Scion, the FR-S 2013, will sell this spring from $ 25 990. Once equipped with six-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel shifters, its price will rise to $ 27 170.
The exterior design of the Scion FR-S is based on the 2013 Toyota 2000GT and incorporates an aerodynamic silhouette. The interior can seat four adults and offers a rear seat that folds flat to increase cargo space. In the center of the block of dials is a large tachometer with a programmable indicator reports.
The FR-S displays a weight ratio of 53-47 front-rear and a low center of gravity. Its four-cylinder engine of 2.0 L flat, developed jointly by Toyota and Subaru, generates 200 horsepower and peak torque of 151 lb-ft.
Pioneer premium audio system with eight speakers, auxiliary input and Bluetooth connectivity are part of the standard equipment of the Scion FR-S 2013. Ditto for six airbags, traction control, the dispatcher electronic brake force, the improved device stability control, brake assist, antilock brakes and Technology Smart Stop.
